Ground floor layout: sleeping room with one double bed, sanitary room with shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine.
On the first floor: the living room with an open kitchen and a covered veranda going the whole width of the house.
A lovely spot to see the sun rise, while enjoying your breakfast.
You'll like the fireplace in the living room, especially when the evening are getting chillier.
Near the house is an authentic canastro (storage place or granary for corn and maize).
Casa Rocha is easily accessible and has got a lot of parking space on its own grounds (about 2000 square meter).
The terrain from the entrance to the house is paved with authentic granite cobblestones, thus forming an excellent terrace.
